Idinaos ng Office of the City Public Employment Service Manager (PESO) ang Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program + Employment (4Ps + E) Skills Training Profiling and Financial Literacy Orientation para sa 133 na miyembro ng nasabing programa. Ito ay sa pakikipagtulungan ng Department of Social Welfare and Development Office (DSWD), Office of the City Social Welfare and Development Officer (CSWDO), at 4Ps.

Ang naturang programa ay naglalayong ipagpatuloy ang adbokasiya ng Lokal na Pamahalaan sa pagbibigay ng sustainable livelihood at inclusive employment opportunities.
