3.Issue request slip for OR, if applicable

5.Record in the Schedule of Viewing Folder.

 

6.Prepare/type MOA & House rules and Regulations

 

7.Review and Sign MOA & House Rules and Regulations.

3.Present the Claim Stub to get the Viewing Permit

 

8.Release of MOA & House Rules and Regulations.
