Isinagawa ang Distribution of Salary para sa Batch 3 ng Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) noong December 18 sa City Penthouse. Ito ay sa pangunguna ng Office of the City Public Service Employment Service Manager. 

Ito ay pinangasiwaan ni City Vice Mayor Cesar L. Ines, Jr. kasama ang Sangguniang Panlungsod Members para sa 40 SPES beneficiaries, na binubuo ng 10 learners mula sa Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) at 30 out-of-school youth at mga estudyante. Ito ay bilang patunay ng patuloy na suporta ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Carmona sa pagbibigay ng oportunidad sa kabataan at PWDs sa pamamagitan ng implementasyon ng naturang programa.
