Nagsilbi bilang Resource Speaker si City Mayor Dahlia A. Loyola sa ginanap na Launching ng Local Initiative in Governance and Social Protection (LINGAP) Program ng Department of the Interior and Local Government, sa pamamagitan ng Bureau of Local Government Development (BLGD). Dito ay kaniyang\u00a0 ibinihagi ang ipinagmamalaking PWD Programs ng Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) na kinilala sa UNESOC, IFIP Global Inclusion Awards sa Paris, France.<\/p>
