If the applicant is the owner of the lot:<\/p><p>1. Certified true copy of TCT.<br \/>2. Tax declaration, and<br \/>3. Current real property tax receipt.<\/p><p>b. If the applicant is not the owner of the lot:<\/p><p>1. Duly notarized copy of the contract of lease, or<br \/>2. Duly notarized copy of the deed of absolute sale, or<br \/>3. Duly notarized copy of the contract sale.<\/p><p>Five (5) sets Bill of Materials<br \/>Structural Computation of two<br \/>(2) storey building and above<\/p><p>Five (5) sets of survey plans,<br \/>design plans, specifications and<br \/>other documents prepared, signed<br \/>and sealed over the printed<br \/>names of the duly licensed and<br \/>registered professionals.<\/p><p>a. Geodetic Engineer, in case of lot<br \/>plans;<\/p><p>b. Architect, in case of architectural<br \/>documents; in case of architectural<br \/>interior\/interior design documents,<br \/>either an architect or interior<br \/>designer may sign;<\/p><p>c. Civil engineer, in case of civil,<br \/>structural documents;<\/p><p>d. Professional Electrical Engineer, in<br \/>case of electrical documents;<\/p><p>e. Professional Mechanical Engineer, in<br \/>case of mechanical documents;f. Sanitary Engineer, in case of<br \/>sanitary documents;<\/p><p>g. Master Plumber, in case of a plumbing<br \/>documents;<\/p><p>h. Electronics Engineer, in case of<br \/>electronics documents.<\/p><ul><li>Barangay Clearance is where the project is located.<\/li><li>Locational Clearance from Local Land Use and Zoning
