In line with vision of the Municipality of Carmona, YOUTH in 2025 is envisioned as significant actors in the Municipality. They are ENABLED, INVOLVED, and EMPOWERED in steering the economic and social advancement of the community being in harmony with the protection and preservation of the environment. Moreover, CAYDO envision that the people of Carmona will be empowered and equipped with their interest and be benefited by the programs initiated by the Local Government as to have its interminable service to the community.
