The Municipal Health Office (MHO) together with the trainers from the Philippine Red Cross held an Occupational First Aid and Adult Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training at the Kalusugang Pambayan Hall. The said trainings are participated by 37 employees coming from 24 different industrial companies across Carmona.

Headed by Ms. Rebecca M. Pangilinan, an instructor of safety services, the trainers from the Philippine Red Cross delivered practical lessons on how to do first aid and CPR in the workplace. Pangilinan also imparted how bystanders can actually help in times of emergencies.

Furthermore, Pangilinan also shared that for the participants who finished the training and who passed the exam afterwards, they can have a First Aider's ID which is valid for two (2) years and a CPR ID that is good for a year.

Aside from Pangilinan, Ms. Annabelle F. Nocon and Mary Jane V. Otchengco also accompanied her during the training sessions. The said trainings ran from July 4 until July 6, 2017.
