Carmona, Cavite, June 29. As the frontliners in providing service for PWD’s in the communities , the Persons with Disability Affairs Office’s (PDAO) Community-Based Rehabilitation conducted a Free Leadership Training for Barangay Committee on PWD and Persons with Disability Organization Officers to 29 barangay PWD officers, 10 barangay committees on PWD and Kilusan Kabalikat ng may Kapansanan para sa Kinabukasan (4K) officers. The training was facilitated by the Perpetual Help University – DELTA System Marketing Director Prof. Paul Victor R. De Guzman. (In Photo) Mayor Dahlia A. Loyola encouraged the participants to accept the challenge and commit themselves to the organization for the benefit of the PWD’s in their respective communities.
